Easy Garlic Tahini Sauce

Yield: 1 small cup/2 people

Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds tahini
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp Maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp filtered water
  • ¼ tsp coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves, chopped


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Chop fresh mint leaves on top and stir.


You can use sesame seeds tahini for a bit bitter taste. It’s quite refreshing in combination with the mint.
