- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
- ¾ cup of water
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt to taste
- ¼ bunch of fresh dill
- Put all ingredients, except dill, in a food processor and pulse for several minutes until smooth.
- Place in a bowl, chop fresh dill on top and stir.
