- ½ cup (70 g) raw cashew nuts
- ½ cup (120 ml) water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ bunch of fresh dill (optional)
- Put all ingredients, except dill, in a high-powered blender and blend for several minutes until smooth.
- Place in a bowl, chop fresh dill on top and stir.
