Whole Food Plant-Based Recipes

The whole food, plant-based diet is probably the healthiest way to eat. Here you’ll find whole food, plant-based recipes for any occasion and taste!

The whole foods, plant-based diet is based on the two main pillars of healthy eating:

Whole foods or unprocessed foods, natural foods that are not refined in any way. Basically the food is not altered in any significant way like transforming beets into sugar or olives into oil.

Plant-based, meaning the food comes only from plants and no animal products such as meat or dairy are used.


The whole food, plant-based recipes you’ll find here are by definition free from any sugar, oils, white flour and any harmfully processed foods as well as unhealthy animal products. And because there are no empty calories, these recipes are nutritionally complete, phytonutrient-rich and abundant in fiber. 

Most of these healthy whole food vegan recipes here are also low in fat and high in whole starches that make you feel full, lose weight effortlessly and even help you conquer most chronic diseases.
