Vegan Salad For Great Health and Weight

It is a salad, so it’s great for your health.

What’s more important is that there is no cheese or oil on top of this salad. It is dressing that usually makes a healthy salad into an unhealthy, fat-laden ‘food’.

No sugar either!!!

Here, for the dressing, I have used superfoods such as garlic and turmeric.

Garlic is rich in powerful antioxidants, flavonoids, and organosulfurs which boost your immune system, fight inflammation and stabilize your weight.

Turmeric has long been hailed as a cancer-fighting and immune-supporting food.

The flax seeds provide those important anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fats that support brain health.

And then, the alfalfa sprouts themselves. Green sprouts are probably the most complete food extant. Rich in essential fats, along with almost all the vitamins and minerals vital for human health.

If that was not enough, the other vegetables…They are simply nutritional powerhouses, which satisfy our micronutrient needs, prevent toxic hunger, and help us stay lean and healthy.

Overall, it’s a whole food salad. The healthiest meal there is!
