Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 gr) raw sunflower seeds, soaked
  • ¼ cup of water
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Soak the sunflower seeds overnight.
  2. Put all ingredients, except dill, in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Chop fresh dill on top and stir.
