Prep and Cook time: 10 mins
- 2 oz (60 gr) raw sunflower seeds, soaked
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- salt to taste
- Soak the sunflower seeds overnight.
- Put all ingredients, except dill, in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Chop fresh dill on top and stir.
