Yield: 1 serving


  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mix berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrant)
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp ground chia seeds


  1. Boil some hot water. Once it is boiling take it off the heat.
  2. Place rolled oats in a bowl and cover with water. Leave aside for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, take a larger dish and cover the bottom with the frozen berries and let them thaw.
  4. Chop the apple in small pieces.
  5. When the oats are ready, drain them and place them over the frozen fruits.
  6. Add cinnamon and the chia seeds and stir well.
  7. Add the apple on top and enjoy!
