Easy Sunflower Seeds Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup (65 g) raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ lemon, juiced, or 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for the sunflower seeds sauce in a blender. Blend for several minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with our Cauliflower Burger Patties or Sweet Potato Quinoa Burger Patties.
Notes
- You can soak the sunflower seeds in water for an hour or two if you have time. This reduces the anti-nutrients and improves digestion.
Thanks for an oil-free dressing recipe that’s quick and easy! It was pretty thin, so I added an extra 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds to make it the perfect salad dressing texture.
