Makes 1 cup
You can combine it with our super delicious Bean Patties.
- 1 cup raw peanuts, ground
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 150 ml of water
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- Grind the raw peanuts.
- Put them in a saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally for 3-4 minutes so that it does not burn.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix everything well and remove from the heat.
- You can use a coffee grinder to grind the peanuts or a blender as well.
