Hello! Thank you for all the recipes! Just made zucchini cashew sauce today!
I wanted to make these baked zucchini as well, but could you recommend what can be a good substitute for breadcrumbs?
Hi Auri,
I’m glad you enjoy my recipes! These baked zucchini sticks are very delicious and healthy. There are several breadcrumb substitutes you can try such as ground nuts or seeds (almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds), fine cornmeal or corn flour, finely ground rolled oats, ground sesame seeds or flaxseed meal can work as a breadcrumb substitute, offering a slightly nutty taste and a nutritious boost.
Hope this is helpful.
Thank you so much for you help! That’s a vast number of choices!
Thanks, you are welcome!
I used cornmeal.
I had these for supper last night and they were very good. I didn’t expect them to be so flippy floppy (soft) but they were very flavorful. I will be making these more often.
I’m so glad you enjoyed them! Thanks for your sharing!🙂
