Why Make These Coconut Cookies

These Coconut Cookies are completely whole food plant-based. So easy to make, just in one bowl and with only 3 simple ingredients.

The cookies are naturally sweetened with banana. They have no refined sugar and no oil, which makes them way healthier than most other cookies. Plus, they are low in calories, which is great for those on a weight loss journey.

The coconut cookies are perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast. They are not as sweet as other cookies since they are sweetened only with a banana. This means that you can enjoy them while your blood sugar level will stay balanced and your body healthy.

So easy and delicious. I made double the volume, slightly larger and added on an extra 10 mins. I’m not sure they will last the day because they are so good.

    • Hi, Denice
this is just for decoration. It’s made of a little bit of peanut butter, cocoa powder and maple syrup or you could just drizzle some melted dairy-free dark chocolate.
