Yield: 4 servings
- 2½ lemons, juiced
- 2 apples, peeled
- 34 oz (1000 ml) water
- mint leaves
- ice cubes
- Put the lemon juice, peeled apples and water in a high-powered blender until finely chopped.
- Refrigerate for a while.
- Serve with whole ice cubes and mint leaves.
- You can always adjust the sweetness of your lemonade by adding more apples to it. We prefer it not so sweet, it is more refreshing.
- A stronger taste can be achieved with less water.
