Raw almonds mixed with coconut shreds, vanilla, and fresh lemon juice. All that rolled in extra coconut shreds for a moment of pure joy!



  1. Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Fold the other ingredients in the processor as well until a smooth mixture is formed.
  3. Take about a full teaspoon of the coconut mixture and roll into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in coconut shreds and enjoy!
