Nutritional yeast is a healthy prebiotic and one of the few complete sources of all B vitamins.

How to prepare the Quick & Easy vegan bean dip?
The recipe is really simple and requires no more than 10 mins in the kitchen.
All you need is a food processor. My favorite kitchen appliance since my family started a plant-based diet. It has saved me so much time and effort. I love it!
Place all ingredients for the bean dip in the food processor. Blend for several minutes until smooth. And voila!
This is the best bean dip ever! So tasty and rich. It will nourish your body and keep you healthy!
Enjoy it on a whole wheat loaf or with some crackers. Why not use it as a dip for roasted veggies? It makes a great meal or snack throughout the day!

Quick & Easy Vegan Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed, 15 ounce can
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 6 tbsp ground flax seeds
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend for several minutes until smooth.
- Enjoy it on a whole wheat loaf, with crackers or as a dip for roasted vegetables.
Notes
- Rinse the beans well under running water to reduce added salt content.
