Makes 1 cup

You can combine it with our super delicious Bean Patties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw peanuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 150 ml of water
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

Directions

  1. Grind the raw peanuts.
  2. Put them in a saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally for 3-4 minutes so that it does not burn.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix everything well and remove from the heat.

Notes

  • You can use a coffee grinder to grind the peanuts or a blender as well.
