Ingredients
 

  • cup (130 g) rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (110 g) mixed berries, fresh or frozen (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrant)
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • cup water
  • 3 regular dates, pitted (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients for the breakfast bowl in a blender and blend for several minutes until creamy.
  • Serve with chopped fruits on top. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also sweeten it with raisins or figs if you prefer.
