A well-balanced combination of oats and berries with a creamy, appetizing texture, like vegan fruit yogurt without any yogurt. A healthy, quick and easy breakfast bowl that is ready in 5 mins!

Ingredients
 
 

  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrant)
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • cup water
  • 3 regular dates pitted (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients for the breakfast bowl in a blender and blend for several minutes until creamy.
  • Serve with chopped fruits on top. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also sweeten it with raisins or figs if you prefer.
