Seasoned with a great variety of eastern spices, like cumin, coriander, and savory. Loaded with healthy plant-based protein, these Cauliflower Burger Patties make a perfect lunch, snack or dinner.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients for the cauliflower patties in a food processor. If your food processor is small, you'll need to work in batches. Blend for a few minutes until finely chopped. You may need to scrape down the sides from time to time.
Take about one full tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Slightly press on the surface to shape it into a patty.
Place the patties on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins. Let them cool for a while before eating.
