Oil-free Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Here's the simplest weeknight side dish you'll ever make! Take cauliflower florets, coat them in a touch of basic seasonings, then let them roast in the oven. This delicious cauliflower side dish is ready in no time and can be enjoyed in numerous delightful ways!

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper. 
  • Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets. Place them in a large mixing bowl and season with the spices. Toss until the florets are well coated.
  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the prepared baking pan. Bake for about 25 mins until slightly browned and tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Enjoy with our favorite creamy cashew sauce!

Notes

  • Try to cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets – this will ensure they all bake evenly.
