This is one vegan soup that is made with only simple whole food ingredients.

lemon
juiced

finely chopped

Instructions
Place the sunflower seeds, water, lemon juice, and salt in a
blender
. Blend for several minutes until creamy.
Then, pour the creamy sunflower seeds mixture in a bowl and add the diced cucumber.
After that, add the pressed garlic and chopped dill. Stir everything well.
Chill with the ice cubes. Enjoy!

Notes
This sunflower seeds soup thickens with time. So you can always adjust the thickness of your soup by adding more water.
The garlic can be added in the blender as well but I find it tastier when it is pressed and added later.
