These vegan no-bake peanut butter almond bars are easy to whip up in minutes with just 5 simple, healthy ingredients. They make an ideal snack for busy days, outdoor adventures, or whenever you crave a delightful and nutritious treat.

Put all ingredients (except water) for the almond peanut butter bars in a food processor. Process for several minutes until everything is finely chopped. Add the water and blend again shortly. Press the mixture evenly to the bottom of a pan, lined with parchment paper – I used a 6 x 4 inch (15 x 10 cm) baking pan. You can use the back of a spoon or your fingers to do it.
Enjoy it right away or place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to firm. Lift it out of the pan and cut into 8 pieces.
