These delicious No-Bake Raspberry Bliss Balls are so easy and quick to make. They are super healthy as they are vegan, sugar-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and oil-free. They make the perfect bite-sized snack or quick 10-mins dessert.

  • Place all ingredients, except raspberries, in a food processor. Pulse until smooth dough forms.

  • Take about one full teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Make a small hole in the center of each ball with your fingers and place one raspberry into it. Then, gently seal the ball and shape it.
  • Roll each ball into cocoa powder or coconut flour.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge. Enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 30 small sized balls.
  • If your dates are dry, you can soak them in warm water for 10 mins. Drain and put them in the processor. They become softer, juicier, and easier to chop.
  • If your dough turns out dry, add one or two tablespoons of water as needed and process it again. This should do the trick.
  • For the filling, you can use fresh or frozen raspberries. Make sure to thaw them before use.
