Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Place all ingredients (except the dark chocolate and coconut oil) in a
food processor
and pulse until finely chopped.
Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into it. Press it well to the bottom of the pan.
For the topping, melt the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil together and pour it over the blueberries mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
Notes
If you use frozen blueberries, as I did, leave them to thaw so they can be easily chopped and to release their juices.
