2 ounces (60 g ) raw almonds 1½ cups water 1 tbsp whole wheat/einkorn flour 1 clove garlic , pressed 1 tsp nutmeg ½ tsp basil salt to taste several twists freshly ground black pepper

Put the almonds and water in a blender and blend for 5 min.
Heat the whole wheat flour in a saucepan for about 3-4 min. Add the blended almonds and water, stirring energetically.
Season with the pressed garlic, nutmeg, basil, salt, and pepper.
Enjoy!
You can use almond milk instead of blending raw almonds and water.
Sometimes when you combine the heated flour and almond milk, lumps are formed. You can return the mixture in the blender and pulse for a minute.
