Ingredients
  

For the salad

  • 1 beet shredded
  • 1 Kohlrabi shredded
  • 1 small long red radish China rose radish, shredded
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • ¼ bunch parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

For the dressing

Instructions
 

  • For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, flaxseed oil, pressed garlic, and salt.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the salad, pour the dressing over it and stir all together.
  • Sprinkle with the hemp seeds on top and enjoy!

Notes

  • At home, we use an automatic grater for this vitamin salad and it is ready in just a few minutes. Super convenient.
