These no bake coconut balls are easy to make and nut-free. They make a perfect healthy satisfying snack with only 4 basic ingredients and are ready in just a few minutes.

- ½ cup coconut shreds
- 5 regular pitted dates
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1½ tbsp water
- These no bake coconut balls have no coating. You can, of course, roll them in coconut shreds, cacao powder or anything you like to make them look fancy.
- The recipe makes about 7 balls. If you want a bigger batch just adjust the amount of the ingredients.
