  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Cut the zucchini in half and then into thin slices.
  • Place them in a large mixing bowl and add the other ingredients. Toss well until the zucchini are evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned zucchini on the baking pan into one layer and bake for 20 mins.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • You don't need to peel the zucchini. The skin adds fiber and nutrition. Make sure to wash them well before chopping.
