These flourless vegan oatmeal cookies, made with just six simple ingredients, are a breeze to prepare. They are naturally sweetened, free of oil, and can be ready in about 20 minutes. These cookies offer a healthy and wholesome snacking option that's sure to be a hit with everyone!
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put all ingredients for the walnut cookies in a food processor and blend for several minutes until combined.
Take a full heaping teaspoon of the cookie mixture, shape it into a ball, and slightly press to flatten it. Place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle them with some ground walnuts, it is optional.
Bake for about 10-12 mins. Let cool for a while and enjoy!
