Notes

You can use store-bought roasted red peppers to prepare this Vegan Tofu Scramble quick and easy.
However, you can also roast your own peppers. Just put them on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 mins to 400°F (200°C). To peel them easily, place the roasted peppers in a pot and cover with the lid for 15 mins.
